1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.
Delivery availability may vary based on your pin code and courier serviceability.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other locations: 4–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

  • Any promotional free-shipping offers are subject to change without notice


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on eligible products and locations

  • Refusal of COD orders at the time of delivery may result in restriction of future COD orders


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via:

  • SMS

  • Email (if provided)

You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link.


7. Delivery Issues

Please ensure that:

  • Your address and contact details are accurate

  • Someone is available to receive the order

GharSaaf™ is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused due to incorrect address or contact information

  • Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability

In such cases, re-shipping charges (if any) may apply.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share your order ID and clear images or videos of the package and product

Our team will review and assist as per our Return & Replacement Policy.


9. Undelivered or Returned Shipments

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer refusal

  • Multiple failed delivery attempts

The order may not be eligible for re-shipment or refund.
