At GharSaaf™, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand by the quality of our products and offer a simple and transparent return & replacement policy.


1. Replacement Eligibility

We offer a 7-day replacement policy from the date of delivery.

You are eligible for a replacement if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not working

  • You received a wrong or incomplete item

  • There is a manufacturing defect

📌 Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Replacement

We do not accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or no longer needed

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper usage

  • Requests raised after the 7-day window

  • Products returned without original packaging, accessories, or invoice


3. Replacement Process

To request a replacement:

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery

  2. Share your order ID, issue description, and clear images or videos of the product

  3. Our team will review the request within 24–48 hours

  4. Once approved, a replacement will be shipped to you

⏱ Replacement delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Replacement is available for COD orders

  • Refunds are not provided for COD orders once delivered

  • Only replacement will be processed if eligible


5. Refund Policy

We currently do not offer refunds.
Eligible issues are resolved through replacement only.


6. Warranty Information

  • GharSaaf™ Electric Spin Scrubber comes with a 1-year warranty

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only

  • Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage beyond usage guidelines, or misuse


7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
